Pan Jianfeng, known in his community as Laopan, is a social artist, a specialist in community management and development, and a mentor in personal growth. Since founding WorkFace in 2012, he has upheld three principles: everyone serves everyone, everyone learns from everyone, and everyone supports everyone. Since 2024, he has helped support the founding of Spring Valley Qingjin Academy.
