Wang Shiyi holds a PhD in neurobiology from the University of Bonn Faculty of Medicine. She founded the WorkFace Science and Growth Community and leads the Brain Science and Family Education reading series and parent classes. She convenes WorkFace groups in Shanghai and Wudang Mountain, planned the education documentaries Journey of Life and Future School: Children’s Social and Emotional Learning, and co-founded the first Gobi Experience Challenge for educators and the Family Gobi Experience Challenge. She has worked as a family-education adviser, innovative-education consultant, and adviser to Shanghai Yijian Library. Since September 2024, she has taught the life-science module in Spring Valley EWIP.
